ADHD support

At Nirvana Counselling, we support individuals with ADHD who feel overwhelmed by focus challenges, emotional reactivity, and the pressures of daily life. Many of our clients are also navigating cultural expectations, relationship stress, or past trauma, which can intensify ADHD struggles.

Our approach combines evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, and ACT to help clients build practical strategies for emotional regulation, organization, and managing overwhelm. We also incorporate mindfulness and real-life tools for time management, communication, and self-awareness.

We have a strong understanding of the South Asian and multicultural experience, where family expectations, identity, and generational differences can shape mental health and relationships. For couples, therapy can also focus on improving communication and understanding ADHD within the relationship.

Each treatment plan is tailored to the client’s strengths, lifestyle, and goals, helping them build confidence, resilience, and healthier connections in both personal and professional life.
