At Nirvana Counselling, we support clients with ADHD through a personalized, evidence-based treatment plan designed to enhance focus, emotional regulation, and daily functioning. Our approach integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients manage impulsivity, improve organization, and reduce overwhelm. We also incorporate mindfulness practices, practical tools for time and task management, and emotional support to address shame, frustration, and self-esteem challenges often associated with ADHD.
